Off to the gym today for a solid lifting session on legs and core. Squats, presses, extensions, abs, and the difficult sets of exercises on adductors, abductors, and hip flexors. (haven't done those in a while)
It was good to really work the legs in the weight room again as it's tough to do that during speed work. I'm not sure how I'm going to do the upper body lifting w/ my hand as it is - I just can't grip anything - but I'm sure I'll figure something out.
I was hoping to get on the bike for a while afterwards, but I had a terrible headache throughout the workout and just wanted to go home when it was done. I'll make sure I get some kind of cardio work in tomorrow.
Sat, 2/7: Lifting (legs, core, abs) stretching, rolling
